A booking cannot be confirmed until a deposit is received and receipted. Once a booking is confirmed a contract exists with Tenang Villas and you accept the terms and conditions of this booking.
Bookings made more than 60 days prior to check in date, require a 50% deposit to be paid within 5 days from the date of booking to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to check-in date.
Booking Conditions
No fireworks are allowed to be used on the property.
No parties or large group gatherings allowed, unless prior notification given and all arrangements are agreed upon by owners prior to guest check in. We request you speak to the Villa staff or connect with property owners for any visitation by outside guests.
Bookings made within 60 days of check-in date will require 100% payment to confirm the reservation. Failure to pay within 5 days will result in the booking being released.
